Booking

Booking can be made 24/7 through website, direct call and whatsapp
Booking should be made atleast 24 hours inadvance
Quick booking also acceptable based on the seat availability
Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour
All discount offers will apply to the published price, there will no discount on discounted prices
On weekends or occasions some places covered in tour might remain closed to visitors. The company will not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be made in case of such situations.
Seating Arrangement are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.
We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.
5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per the new UAE law.

No Show

If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up on pick up timing

Payment

5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.All types of payment are taken care of by Amersons Travel and Tours LLC. Your credit/debit and related personal details are gathered just so as to process your request.

You explicitly approve Amersons Travel and Tours LLC to charge the Credit/Debit card given by you or recorded for you for any exceptional expenses because of Amersons Travel and Tours LLC.

On the off chance that the credit/debit card holder for appointments isn't you, it will be your obligation to guarantee that you have the card holder's assent before entering any related subtleties, and that such subtleties when entered are valid.

Climate condition

In case of bad weather or vehicle issue, we will arrange different method of provide service. We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.

Policies (Cancellation / Amendment / Refund)

Cancellation should be made 24 hours before to get a full refund
For booking cancellation Please email us at bookings@amersonstravel.com with the subject: Cancellation
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip will be charged 50% and 50% will be refunded ( Depend on Tour or Ticket Booking)
The amount will be returned in 24 hours ( Bank cards upto7 days)
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
