EU has finally announced to open its borders for tourism from marked safe 15 non-EU countries which includes Canada, Australia and Morocco but excluding Brazil, Mexico, Russia and United States.
On the upper deck unanimous decision by EU council is still not legally binding, so EU states can choose to make their choice whether to open their borders or not.
