As tourists returned to Dubai on 7th of July 2020, they were welcomed with a message on a few of the most famous landmarks of Dubai known as Burj Khalifa tallest structure in the present world's tallest tower, incorporated a new greeting to its light show on July 7, as the international day because, visitors were able to return to Dubai which they considered as they most favorite holiday destination and many were happy to enjoy their Dubai city tour with Burj Khalifa aim to enjoy the view again from its upper deck.
Burj Khalifa greeted the visitors with its own special lightning effect words "welcome to Dubai" which could be seen all over in Downtown Dubai. The message was also displayed in Arabic. The occasion was marked at Dubai International Airport with vacationers being given a particular Smiley stickers upon their arrival. A postage stamp with "a warm welcome for your second home" was stuck on passports by police officers at the airport and they were greeted with very big smiles.
The initiative from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs is designed to produce travelers and returning residents feel welcome in the UAE and also taught them about maintaining safety measures so they could enjoy their Dubai city tour with Burj Khalifa. Since Dubai airports abound, hotels and tourist attractions in the emirate are also looking forward for welcoming more visitors back. One of these is Burj Khalifa, that reopened its observation deck in the end of May so now everyone can climb all the way to upper deck to enjoy the 360 view.
To monitor the amount of visitors to the landmark, there's now just 1 ticket kind available, visitor permits access to the 124th and 125th flooring. Guests are expected to wear face masks and follow Dubai Municipality's social distancing regulations. The restaurant and lounge was closed for about three months, and is now offering all of its usual services, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
